Refund Request Period
You may request a refund within 7 calendar days after receiving your order, as provided for by the Consumer Protection Code.
How to Request
To begin the process, please contact our support team and request the return form. Correctly completing this form is required in order to proceed with your refund request
Refund Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, the product must:

Be free of any signs of use, damage, or alterations;

Include all original accessories and packaging;

Be returned with the shipping receipt provided by our team;

Include the completed return form sent along with the product.

Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the product at our distribution center, the amount will be refunded according to the original payment method:

Credit card: The reversal will be requested from the card operator within up to 30 business days (the credit posting time may vary depending on the bank).

Pix or bank slip: The amount will be refunded via bank transfer within up to 15 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
If the error was on our part (wrong or defective product), the return shipping cost will be covered by us.
In cases of withdrawal or change of mind, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.

We do not accept returns of products with signs of use or outside the legal period. Products damaged due to misuse will not be eligible for a refund.
